About the Person

Timothy M. Crow is Executive Vice President of Human Resources for The Home Depot. He oversees all aspects of human resource management for the Company`s more than 300,000 associates. Tim and the human resources leadership team continually evolve strategies to create a best-in-class organization to support the Company`s associates. Previously, Tim was senior vice president of organization, talent and performance systems.   Before joining The Home Depot in 2002, Tim served as senior vice president of human resources at Kmart.  In that role, he was responsible for all store, distribution center and corporate human resources support.   Prior to joining Kmart, Tim spent almost 20 years with Sears, Roebuck & Co.  During his tenure at Sears, he held key roles in the controller, risk management and accounting policy areas. When he left Sears, Tim was vice president of human resources for Sears` 55,000-employee Automotive Group.   Tim is a director of the Human Resources Policy Association and serves on its Health Care Policy Committee. He also serves on the board of directors of Make-A-Wish Georgia.   Tim earned a bachelor`s degree from California State University at Northridge.
