Since then , CPLC has grown to be one of the largest community development corporations (CDC) serving Arizona, Northern New Mexico and Nevada. CPLC was ranked the third largest Hispanic non-profit in the country in 2014 by Hispanic Business Magazine. CPLC serves over 190,000 individuals annually, of which approximately 65% are low-income. CPLC offers the promise of opportunity through its four distinct yet integrated service areas: Housing, Health and Human Services, Economic Development and Education. Some of the programs included in these areas are housing counseling, clinical counseling, community revitalization, and charter schools. Currently CPLC has 32 sites throughout Arizona serving Latino and Native American communities and rural areas in a culturally and linguistically competent manner. While CPLC`s core competency is serving the Latino community, the agency helps all individuals regardless of age, ethnicity, sexual orientation or religion.
