About the Person
Thomas D. Snowberger is the Chief Human Resources Officer at University Hospitals. In the new role, Snowberger is responsible for all human resources for the health system, which has 25,000 employees. Previously, Snowberger served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Battelle, the world's largest nonprofit research and development organization, with over 22,000 employees and more than 60 locations worldwide. Snowberger also served as senior vice president of human resources for DHL Holdings Inc., the package delivery company. Before joining DHL, he was senior vice president of Human Resources at UH from 2005 to 2007. He also served in human resource management positions with LG&E Energy Corporation, National Service Industries, Inc. and PPG Industries, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in communication studies from the University of Iowa.
