Thomas Schultz is the Vice President of Human Resources at Spartan Motors. In addition to working for large, heavy manufacturing companies, he has expertise with small, specialty manufacturers. Some of his more notable skills include ensuring that policies, people and business strategy align to support profitable growth, people development and succession planning. Mr. Schultz was previously employed by United Technologies, Energy Conversion Devices and United Solar Ovonics, and American Axle and Manufacturing. He received a law degree from the University of Detroit, a Masters in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University and a Bachelors degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Western Michigan University.
