Thomas J. Lynch, also known as Tom, is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PPL Corporation. Mr. Lynch is a global human resources executive with 20-plus years of experience and a record of driving business success through aligned HR direction. He has extensive experience as an HR leader and generalist, with expertise in business transformation, employee engagement, labor and employee relations, performance management, staffing, compensation and benefits, and mergers & acquisitions. Most recently, he was senior vice president of HR at Walter Energy, Inc. Prior to that, he was the VP of HR at NRG Energy.
