About the Person
Thomas J. Dybsky joined the Company in September 1998 as Vice President of Human Resources and was named Vice President of Administration in 2004. From June 1995 to September 1998, he was Vice President/Senior Consultant for MDA Consulting. On January 2, 2014, Thomas J. Dybsky, Senior Vice President, Administration, of Tennant Company submitted a notice of retirement from the Company on July 2, 2014.
