New York, NY-based Marc-Jacobs Appointed Thomas Craig as Vice President - Global Planning, Buying and Allocation
Founded in 1984 by Marc Jacobs and Robert Duffy, the Marc Jacobs brand draws on Marc`s vision of uncompromising fashion at varying price points in an authentic manner. From his stint at Perry Ellis (1988-1993), where his `Grunge` collection proved revolutionary; his 16 years as Creative Director at Louis Vuitton (1997-2013), where he transformed the French luggage label into the largest luxury house in the world; to his own highly-coveted namesake label, Marc has a unique and globally renowned fashion voice. Today the Marc Jacobs brand features Women`s and Men`s ready-to-wear and accessories, a children`s line (Little Marc Jacobs), multiple award winning fragrances, the Bookmarc bookstores, and most recently Marc Jacobs Beauty. As the house continuously looks to the future, uncommonly frank yet playful and brilliantly outspoken perspectives remain at the core of the brand.
Thomas Craig is Vice President - Global Planning, Buying and Allocation at Marc Jacobs. Previously, Thomas held various senior HR leadership roles in the industry.
