Theresa Drye is the Vice President of Human Resources for Hospital Healthcare at Inova Health System. Prior to that, Theresa served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus. Previously, she had also served at University of South Florida, Nanticoke Health Services, Pittsburgh Mercy Health System and Point Park University. Theresa earned Bachelor`s degree in Business and Sociology from Chatham University and MBA from Robert Morris University.
