Land O`Frost

In 2008, we celebrated our 50th anniversary. That was a very proud year for our family. What was once just a small regional branded company with a few employees has grown into the third largest national lunch meat brand with more than 1,000 employees at five locations. It was an incredible year for my family and the entire Land O`Frost family. We share the success with all of our employees, many of whom have worked with my father and have been with us for more than 25 years. Without them, we would never be where we are today. In January 2012, we welcomed Wimmer`s Meats, a leading provider of specialty sausages and hot dogs, into the Land O`Frost family. As our first major acquisition, Wimmer`s Meats parallels our rich family heritage as a family-owned and operated multigenerational business. Some of the products you will find in the Wimmer`s Meat family are Basset`s®, Fairbury® and Ambassador® hot dogs and sausages. Today, with my mother Donna as the Chairman of the Board, I strive to keep the values with which my grandfather and father started this business and will continue to grow Land O`Frost by fostering the entrepreneurial spirit they instilled in me.

At the heart of Welch`s are 1,000 family farmers who make everything possible. Each and every farmer is a grape growing expert, who takes great pride in the vineyards they`ve cultivated for generations. It`s our farmer`s dedication to growing the best Concord and Niagara grapes that`s allowed us to provide families with the delicious juices, jams and jellies they`ve loved for years. Our story began over 140 years ago, when Thomas Bramwell Welch decided to serve grape juice instead of wine at his church. Welch was the first to pasteurize bottled fruit juice using Concord grapes, paving the way for a future industry. After its debut at the Chicago World`s Fair in 1893, Welch`s Grape Juice went on to become the national family favorite it is today. A single glass of Welch`s can stir up memories from the past or help create new ones. At Welch`s, we believe in the power of getting together - even if it`s just a few minutes to connect over a glass of juice or a sandwich. We want to help you enjoy life`s every day moments and share what`s good.

The Human Bean

Our commitment to developing the best drive-thru espresso led us to franchising The Human Bean`s brand and system in 2002. We are proud to announce that The Human Bean has expanded to 95+ locations in eleven states, most of those being franchised locations and 13 being corporate locations. We expect to continue this growth through approved franchisees that share the same determination and commitment to our goals for this exceptional brand. With a passion for creating happy people and our love of coffee, we opened our first drive-thru espresso stand in Ashland Oregon in 1998. The demand for convenient, quality coffee & espresso grew and soon after opening our original location in Ashland, we expanded to surrounding cities in Southern Oregon. The Human Bean quickly established a reputation for having friendly and experienced baristas and offering the highest quality ingredients. Moving forward, the brand will stay true to the successful operations on which The Human Bean was founded.
