Tessa White is a human resources executive with over 20 years of experience in a variety of technology and healthcare analytics related companies. She held the position of Human Capital Vice-President for the Ingenix division of United HealthGroup and most recently as Vice-President of Human Resources for HealthEquity. She also led Human Resources for PowerQuest and Corel Corporation, Utah division. She has a passion for talent management and scaling businesses for next-generation growth. She was the President of the local Society for Human Resources chapter, and has served as HR advisor on numerous Boards and worked in many companies in partner with venture capital firms to prepare for fast growth or liquidity events.
