About the Person
Teryle Macdonald is the Senior Director of Human Resources at VigLink. Teryle is an experienced human resources leader with a strong track record of building highly effective relationships in dynamic environments ranging from startups to large, complex organizations. Most recently, Teryle was the Senior Director of HR at Pandora in New York where she supported the growth of the sales and revenue operations to over 1,300 people. She joined Pandora during a hypergrowth period, built their HR infrastructure to scale and partnered with leadership to translate business strategies into people and talent strategies. Prior to Pandora, Teryle held senior positions at GE, NBC Universal and Comcast. At VigLink Teryle will manage all aspects of HR, working with everyone at the company from executives to interns. She will focus on recruiting, performance, development, compensation and benefits while developing long term programs and ensuring VigLink is market competitive.
