He has held several HR executive positions in manufacturing and energy companies, including Masco Corporation, where he was most recently Corporate Director Global HR Practices and Compliance Management and Group Director, Employee Relations; and Occidental Petroleum Corporation and its subsidiaries, where he held various HR executive positions.
