TG Residential Value Properties Ltd. (TG.P) has been formed to acquire, own, manage and grow a portfolio of multi family real estate assets in primary and secondary markets across Canada and in the USA. TG Residential was formed as a Capital pool Corporation (CPC) and is trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol TG.P. The company has recently submitted its information circular to the TSX Exchange for approval of it’s first acquisition, a 60 unit, Class A+ apartment building with 10,000 sq ft of commercial space on the main floor in Winnipeg, MB. The concept for the company was born out of a private company, Taurean Global Properties.
