About the Person
Teri Calderon is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Field Nation. Calderon will oversee the strategic talent management solutions and employee development and training programs at the leading organization for businesses and freelancers looking to find and complete their work online. Calderon most recently served as the senior vice president of human resources at Attero Human Capital Group, where she was responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of the talent management, workforce planning, and employee training and development programs. During her tenure, Calderon established an innovative emerging leadership program, which resulted in higher employee engagement and reduced total company turnover by over 30%. Attero was recognized as one of the best workplaces in 2014 by the Minneapolis, St. Paul Business Journal, and in 2015 by the Star Tribune. Prior to Attero, Calderon served Pro Staff as human resources manager, Nextel Communications as human resource generalist, and Coram Healthcare as human resources representative. Calderon earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, and actively serves on the Metropolitan State University Board of Trustees – St. Paul, Minn.
