Tara McGranaghan is the Director of Human Resources at Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph. McGranaghan is a senior Human Resources professional who joined Catholic Charities in 2009. She has extensive experience in non-profit, financial services, marketing and retail industries. She is responsible for all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations and benefit administration. McGranaghan is a graduate of Kansas State University.
