GroundFloorHR grew out of a passion for human resources, that almost died. After a career started at a global company, then transported to smaller businesses and back up to large corporations, the joy of the profession was nearly gone. Careful reflection led to a spark – we loved the smaller businesses – we made the largest and most enjoyable differences with them. Thus, GroundFloorHR was born. It is designed to help those at that ground floor, who want to execute their plan and continue pursuing their dream. Everything human resource related can seem so complicated and overwhelming, and laws/regulations change often. GroundFloorHR assists, establishes, creates, and supports your talent and human resources needs. The team at GroundFloorHR enjoys what they do and love a good challenge. About the Person
As the founder of GroundFloorHR, Tara is passionate about assisting small and medium size business with their human resources strategy, talent management, and risk management needs. She understands business and the need to execute...not be slowed down by HR or back office issues. Her experience and `not afraid to get her hands dirty` approach allows her to effectively analyze your needs and provide targeted solutions. As a member of senior leadership and the right hand to several executive groups, she has proven herself effective in her roles, profession, and as a key partner to the business.
