Tamara Ruffin Walker is the Senior Director of Human Resources and Strategic Management at American Association of Blood Banks.   Prior to that, Tamara served as the Director, Human Resources at American Association of Blood Banks.   Previously, she had also served at B`nai B`rith International, NATEK, Remodeling, Inc., Gap Inc and Toys R Us.   Tamara earned Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Towson University in 1996 and Master of Business Administration from University of Maryland University College in 2013.
