With nearly 100 years of experience, we operate poultry processing facilities in Harbeson, DE & Cordova, MD.; breeding operations in Liberty, NC; hatcheries in Dagsboro & Seaford, DE, and feed mill & corporate offices, also in Seaford. About the Person

Sylvia Nicholson is the Senior Director of Human Resources and Corporate Communications at Allen Harim.   She joined the company in October 2014. Since joining the company, she has overseen human resources strategy development, as well as employment services, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and professional training and development.   Nicholson holds a Master`s degree in Business Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor`s degree in Human Resources Management. She is certified with Villanova University in Professional Human Resources Management and a member of SHRM.
