Community Health Resources` (CHR) mission is to help adults, children and families find Real Hope for the challenges of Real Life through an array of community based mental health, substance use, child welfare, supported housing, foster care, prevention and wellness services and integrated care. CHR’s history dates back to the 1960s, and since its creation, has become a trusted community resource and well-respected service provider. We employ over 700 experienced staff members who provided services to more than 18,000 individuals in the past year. We offer effective, accesible and affordable behavioral healthcare through 80 programs and 32 locations. As we anticipate changing needs, we will offer new programs, recruit exceptional staff, collaborate with other providers, and explore new funding sources. The driving force of our growth continues to be meeting the needs of those we serve.
