About the Person

Sue Dodsworth is the global diversity officer and vice president of executive development. Dodsworth is accountable for strategies and initiatives designed to create a more diverse and inclusive global organization, and she accelerates the development and selection of top talent to key roles. Dodsworth previously led K-C's Enterprise Talent Initiative, a key part of the company's global business plan. She also served as vice president of global strategy and mergers & acquisitions for K-C Professional and has held several other global senior level positions at K-C in the innovation, strategy and HR functions. Prior to joining K-C in 2002, Dodsworth worked in consulting for 15 years with major consulting firms, specializing in organization design, strategy and management with some of the world's largest companies. Dodsworth has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Leeds University. She also has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Kings College in Cambridge, England. She and her husband Paul live in Alpharetta, Georgia, and have three children.
