All Manatee District elementary schools graded received a grade of “C” or higher during the 2008-2009 school year with 20 out of 34 receiving an “A”. Many of our schools maintained their good FCAT scores while 11 improved their school grades during the 2008-2009 school year. The twenty eight Manatee District schools receiving an “A” on the FCAT represented an impressive 55% of our schools (28 out of 51).
