About the Person
Steven G. Drake, also known as Steve, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Red Lion Controls. Steve Drake brings extensive senior-level HR experience with several manufacturing companies to Red Lion. Having started his career in manufacturing and production roles before moving into HR, his background includes positions at Kraft, Rayovac, M&M Mars, New World Pasta and most recently at Cargill, where he was Business Unit HR Leader with full responsibility for the HR function. Steve holds a B.A. of Business Administration in Management and Marketing. He is currently working on a M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
