About the Person
Steven Blittersdorf is a Director in Human Resources for Delos. Steven plays a critical role in the implementation of Human Resources software, talent acquisition process, employee on-boarding, creating company policies, protocols and manuals. In his previous role, Steven was the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner and Senior Management team at Delos. Early in his career, he served as an Assistant to the Director of an All-Star Cheerleading program for twelve years, where his responsibilities included maintaining practices, travel arrangements, and competition calendars for 190 cheerleaders, family members, and a staff of ten. Steven is a graduate of Goldey-Beacom College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration.
