About the Person
Mr. Shaw is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and administration of the agency’s Human Resources strategies and programs, including performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, the sourcing and development of current and future managers, HR systems, and employee relations. He leads Human Resources strategies and tactics aligned with agency objectives and determines the practices that drive the culture of the agency to enhanced quality and service. He has over 30 years of Human Resources leadership experience in large and small, multi-faceted organizations in a wide variety of industries including, banking, entertainment, media, technology and publishing. Steve is a native of Los Angeles and earned his degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.
