About the Person
Steve is Director of Human Resources, responsible for establishing Diligent’s unique and vibrant culture by attracting and developing the best people possible. Steve and his team are in charge of recruiting, employee engagement, talent management, compensation and benefits, and company facility operations. With over 15 years of global HR leadership experience, Steve has led HR in rapidly growing small and medium-sized technology companies. Before joining Diligent, Steve led Human Resources in several international technology companies, including cloud communications developer Intermedia, world-renowned data center design firm EYP Mission Critical, and early Silicon Alley web commerce innovator InterWorld. Steve graduated from Florida State University with a BA in Human Resources Management.
