Steve Anderson is the Head of Talent Analytics at IDEXX. Headquartered in Southern Maine, IDEXX is the global leader in pet healthcare innovation, providing products and services to 175 countries. Steve brings over 15 years experience helping companies understand and quantify the impact of their people resources. He spent 10 years at Health Net, leveraging HR to enable leaders to realize a 25% improvement in creating a high-performance culture. Two years ago, Steve joined IDEXX to create a roadmap for talent analytics, and launch this newly-formed function. He and his team are focused on innovative ways to embed robust people analytics into the fabric of business decisions. Steve holds his MBA from the University of Connecticut in Global Business and in the Management of Technology, as well as a BS in Physics.
