Stephen joined Smiths Medical in 2017, as Vice President, Global Human Resources, where he is responsible for leading the global HR and Corporate Communications functions. Prior to joining Smiths Steve was at Boston Scientific for more than 12 years where he held several roles of increasing responsibility within Human Resources. Most recently, Stephen served as Vice President, Global Talent Management where he was a member of the HR Leadership Team and responsible for Talent Acquisition, Organization Development & Effectiveness, Talent Development, and Global Reporting and Analytics. In addition, Stephen serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Works, a non-profit organization whose mission is to inspire the next generation of engineers, innovators and creative problem solvers. Along with Boston Scientific, Stephen previously held roles at Cummins, Inc. and Century Manufacturing. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned a Masters Certificate from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota with a specialization in Organization Development.
