About the Person

Steve Fry is senior vice president of human resources and diversity at Eli Lilly and Company.   Fry has served in a variety of information technology and human resources roles at Lilly including vice president supporting the Lilly bio-medicines and emerging markets business units, managing director of the Australian affiliate, executive director of human resources for the U.S. affiliate, human resources director for the U.K. affiliate, and scientific systems analyst in Lilly Research Laboratories. He joined Lilly in 1987.   Fry serves on the board of trustees at the University of Indianapolis and the governance board for Make-A-Wish in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.   He earned his bachelor’s in information systems from the University of Indianapolis.
