About the Person
Stephanie is a leader of Talent Management programs that improve the careers of business professionals and senior leaders. She has over 20 years of Human Resource experience and focused on leveraging the diversity within an organization, the retention of high performing teams through the delivery of human capital solutions that support a “best place to work” culture. As an action oriented passionate leader, Stephanie has developed programs that contribute to award winning, highly satisfied and engaged organizations. She has excellent communication skills, including written and public speaking. Stephanie has received a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix, an AAS in Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Technology / SUNY and has Human Resource Certifications from Cornell School of Labor Relations and Farleigh Dickinson University. She maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Stephanie has been an active member of the American Heart Association’s "Go Red for Women" campaign and has served on the Executive Leadership Team. She has participated on the Employee Benefits Committee of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the MetLife Customer Advisory Board and the Talent Engagement Council for Ultimate Software.
