About the Person
Stephanie Ryan is the Regional Human Resources Director at Penn State Beaver, overseeing the Beaver, Shenango and DuBois campuses. Ryan comes to Beaver from Preferred Primary Care Physicians in Pittsburgh. In that role, she oversaw employee relations, performance evaluation, recruitment, and benefits, policy and salary administration for 21 office locations. She also revamped and implemented the company`s new hire orientation program. She began her career at Ohio Valley General Hospital, where she served a number of roles, including employment manager. She has a bachelor`s and master`s in human resources management from Robert Morris University.
