Stephanie Masse is the Human Resources Director for the City of Canon City, effective July 13, 2015. Masse graduated from Cañon City High School in 1988 and has worked in Human Resources the past 26 years, most of which was in software. She previously lived in Arizona. Masse is responsible for employee compensation packages and benefits, trainings, new hires and employee relation issues. One of her immediate tasks was to update the city`s compensation structure, a task that Davidson started before her departure. Masse and her husband, Bob Masse, combined have four children.
