About the Company
CVTech Group inc. Thirau acts as general contractor and is specialized in the construction and maintenance of electrical transmission and distribution lines, power houses and substations. Thirau owns a wholly owned subsidiary in the United States, Thirau LLC, and another one in Ontario, Riggs Distler Inc., which substantially provide the same services. Thirau LLC also has a wholly-owned subsidiary, namely Riggs Distler & Company Inc., an important provider of maintenance and construction services to the utility and heavy industrial markets, operating primarily in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the U.S. and also with a significant presence in the Gulf Coast of Mexico region. In Quebec, it provides pruning and vegetation control services around distribution and transmission lines through another wholly-owned subsidiary, J.J.L. Deboisement inc.
About the Person
Stephane Rainville is the Vice President of Human Resources at Groupe CVTech Inc. Prior to that, Stephane was the Vice-President, Human Resources at Miranda Technologies. He also served at IBM Canada Ltd., Pratt & Whitney Canada and Ronzoni Foods Canada. Stephane earned his BA degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from University of Montreal in 1992 and Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration from Sherbrooke University in 1994.
