Amarc is a mineral exploration and development company with an experienced and successful management team focused on developing a new generation of long-life, high-value porphyry copper-gold mines in BC. From its head office in Vancouver, Canada, HDI applies its unique strengths and capabilities to acquire, develop, operate and monetize mineral projects. Amarc works closely with local governments, Indigenous groups and other stakeholders in order to advance its mineral projects responsibly, and in a manner that contributes to sustainable community and economic development. We pursue early and meaningful engagement to ensure our mineral exploration and development activities are well coordinated and broadly supported, address local priorities and concerns, and optimize opportunities for collaboration. In particular, we seek to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with Indigenous groups within whose traditional territories our projects are located, through the provision of jobs, training programs, contract opportunities, capacity funding agreements and sponsorship of community events. Great Western Oil and Gas Company, LLC (GWOG), is headquartered in Denver, Colorado, with field operations based in Windsor, Colorado. GWOG commenced activity late in 2005. Our core area of operations is in one of the most prolific and active areas, along the western flank of the Wattenberg field, within the Denver Julesburg (DJ) Basin, Colorado. The DJ Basin is a 70,000 square mile hydrocarbon-rich area extending over northeast Colorado into southeast Wyoming and southwest Nebraska. More than 52,000 wells have been drilled in the DJ with an extensive inventory of development and upside potential remaining. Horizontal drilling and multi-stage hydraulic fracture completions in the Niobrara have ignited a new wave of activity and brought substantial results. The DJ Basin offers several competitive strengths; lower cost development, low lifting costs, long-lived production and reserves, existing gathering/processing/transportation infrastructure in place and a well established service sector presence.
