Based in Seattle, she oversees U.S. HR initiatives, including analytics, policy and process setting, career development, performance management, and communications planning, while providing consultative services to HR staff and business partners. Prior to her current role, Stacia served in generalist HR positions across the West Coast, most recently overseeing HR operations in Los Angeles. There, she partnered with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives were aligned with business strategies, provided employee relations counsel, supported change management initiatives and implemented strategic staffing plans. Stacia has over 10 years of experience in HR and holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) national certification, as well as a bachelor`s degree and HR management certificate from the University of Washington.
