We also work directly with HR departments to help them meet their expectations. Our senior-level team members assess the current state of the department, make recommendations to address concerns, and take action on the approved plan. Once the department meets its goals, we can recruit a replacement if required, and the contract will be complete. Our estimated timelines are 6 to 12 months.
