In 1981, Alan Grindstaff began a small cleaning business as he worked his way through college. He began servicing Fairfield Glade near Crossville, Tennessee and quickly distinguished himself with his high standards of cleanliness, his integrity, and his keen business sense. In 1984, MasterCorp was incorporated in Tennessee as a local commercial and residential cleaning business under Alan`s leadership. After quickly exceeding expectations at Fairfield Glade, service to Fairfield Plantation in Georgia was added. Growth seemed to be a natural progression as word of mouth spread from one resort to the next.
