\r\n Siobhan O'Leary is Vice President - Human Capital Management at Convene. Siobhan has worked as a Human Resources executive for over 25 years, predominately in the luxury hospitality field for notable organizations such as Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels. There, she gained international experience, capitalizing on her understanding of various cultures to develop local leaders who shared corporate goals. She had the honor and enjoyment of developing promoted individuals all over the world. Siobhan’s commitment to university partnerships afforded graduates invaluable opportunities for the last two decades. In leading the Human Capital Management efforts for Convene, Siobhan will develop and implement people strategies to serve as the backbone for the company growth and individual success paths. Siobhan is a Certified Professional Coach, and founder and principal of Aubergine Partners, a Coaching and Leadership Development firm based in Dallas, Texas. Siobhan graduated from Louisiana Tech University. In 2004, she completed the Harvard Executive Education program and later participated in a course at the French Culinary Institute in New York.\r\n
