Simone Reynolds is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Coalfire. Reynolds brings more than 20 years of human resources management experience from a variety of high-growth organizations, including several in the professional services and technology industries. Prior to joining Coalfire, Reynolds served as CHRO for Network Systems Corp, a managed services company based in San Jose, Calif. Before NSC, she was executive vice president of human resources for Avanade, Inc., a provider of business technology and managed services based on the Microsoft ecosystem. Reynolds also served as CHRO and senior vice president at Axidia Global, a privately owned Swiss company that offers technology solutions and consulting services. At Coalfire, Reynolds will be instrumental in maintaining and growing the company`s workforce necessary for global expansion.
