About the Person
Simmi Singh served as the Chief Talent Officer at Snapchat from February 2015 – September 2015. Simmi Singh is an internationally recognized thought leader on globalization and consumerism. Previously, from 2008 to early 2015, Simmi served as a partner and global practice leader in Egon Zehnder International`s Chicago office, where she advised CEOs and Boards on a range of team building and talent advisory work across the health, digital and private equity sectors. Prior to that, Simmi held HR leadership roles at Converge Partners and Cognizant. She has served transformational clients on four continents and her clients have ranged from Chairmen, Boards and CEOs of Fortune 50 companies to disruptive entrepreneurs who are transforming the sectors they serve. Simmi is also a leader in the public policy realm, most recently completing (in 2012) a secondment as Senior Advisor, Health Innovation to the Secretary of Health and Human Services. Simmi is a current and former member of several leading industry Boards of Directors and has served as Guest Lecturer at the Yale School of Management`s EMBA Program. She also serves on the Provost`s Visiting Committee for International Affairs at Case Western Reserve University and is a sought-after contributor and an invited speaker and panelist at national and global industry events.
