About the Person
Shruti Patel is the Chief Human Resources Officer at QBE North America. In her new role, Ms. Patel will be responsible for the company`s North America human resources activities, including driving its North America people strategy. Based in New York City, Ms. Patel will serve as a member of the QBE NA Executive Management Board (EMB), reporting directly to David Duclos, President and Chief Executive Officer, QBE North America. Ms. Patel will also serve as a member of QBE North America Leadership Team (NALT). Ms. Patel has more than 20 years` experience in human resources leadership, including serving in senior roles at American Express, Merrill Lynch, and Morgan Stanley. She joins QBE from AIG, where she most recently held the position of Vice President, Human Resources, originally partnering with the company`s Commercial business, and most recently, where she was responsible for the creation and delivery of the Consumer business` human capital plan worldwide.
