About the Person

Shraddha is Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at e4e.   Shraddha's HR career of 17 years spans diverse industry sectors like Manufacturing, NGO's and IT/ITES. She has worked with client companies in the US, UK, Europe and India.   Previously she has worked with EXL and Toluna (an erstwhile Microsoft KPO Subsidiary), where she led & managed all aspects of HR, from Policies & Compliance, Talent Acquisition to Talent Management, Organizational Development and more.   She has been recognized as a dependable and reliable people & change leader, with the ability to evaluate new opportunities, develop strategies and cultivate collaborative partnerships with people from a diversity of professional and cultural backgrounds.   Shraddha has a post graduate degree in Industrial Psychology and a MBA in Personnel Management & HRD.
