About the Person
Shirl Jenkins, Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President, is responsible for IntelliDyne's human resources management and operations, including the design and administration of benefits and compensation programs, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, employment law matters, work/life programs, and IntelliDyne’s workplace diversity program. Shirl joined IntelliDyne in January of 2009 and immediately established the Human Resources department as a premiere service provider to all employees. Her efforts directly contributed to IntelliDyne’s recent industry recognition for an outstanding workplace environment including: • Alliance for Workplace Excellence Award - Outstanding Commitment to Overall Workplace Quality • Alliance for Workplace Excellence Award – Outstanding Commitment to Employee Health and Wellness and Innovative Programs • American Heart Association – Fit Friendly Companies • Helios Apollo Award Finalist - Recognizing Organizations That Promote Employee Growth and Development Before joining IntelliDyne, Ms. Jenkins worked with SRA International for 18 years serving her last seven years as the Vice President of Human Resources. During her tenure at SRA, Ms. Jenkins won multiple internal and external awards and was widely recognized for her outstanding leadership efforts, including her role in positioning SRA for recognition as one of Fortune magazine’s list of the “100 Best Companies to Work for in America” for 8 consecutive years.
