About the Person
Shiri Neder joined the company as the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources in 2015. She plays a key role in leading Nova’s HR strategy across the globe, shaping a global culture and designing HR practices that support the company growth.Ms. Neder has vast HR experience leading advanced HR solutions, post-merger integrations and organizational and people development.Prior to joining Nova, Ms. Neder held several senior positions in global companies in field, regional, and corporate roles. In her last two positions she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Amdocs and Regional Senior HR Manager at Microsoft Corporation.Ms. Neder holds a BA in Social Sciences from Bar Ilan University, an MA in Organizational Sociology from Tel Aviv University, an MBA in Business Administration from Michlala Akademit, and an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University.
