About the Person
Shigeki Egami is the Chief Human Resources Officer at SATO. Mr. Egami brings his extensive talent management experience at a multinational organization. Prior to joining SATO, Mr. Egami was head of HR at Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus Corporation, overseeing an expansive workforce across Japan and group companies abroad. In that role he was also tasked with managing human resources for Daimler Trucks Asia, implementing innovative HR policies and schemes with a diverse team to transform the domestic Japanese mindset to a more global one. He also integrated processes and policies throughout Daimler Trucks Asia to ensure transparent HR management governance at a global level.
