About the Person
Sheri Hutchins is lead client strategist with demonstrated strengths in analyzing existing employee benefit strategies and processes and designing innovative, custom solutions to mitigate costs across all benefit plans. As an exceptional communicator and tactical planner, with key strengths in change management, she is able to successfully direct complex sales cycles and client projects. Her experience is heavily weighted with self-insured, large employers and my career has afforded me the opportunity to work for some of our industry`s top organizations. Specific areas of expertise include developing overall health care strategy, financial analysis, data analytics, benefits administration and health care reform. Additional credentialing and experience provide me further expertise in the areas of Population Health Management and Absence & Productivity Management. Her inherent passion for this industry makes me the eternal student, always eager to learn more and see things from a different perspective – whether it be from a new challenge, client or colleague. An optimist by nature, she feel the solution is always there…and she is determined to find it.
