Shelly has extensive experience strengthening global teams, building people and organizational capabilities, and developing scalable solutions. Whether building scale in a large organization or pivoting an entrepreneurial startup for growth, she stays focused on the business needs and delivers high quality results. Shelly has more than 17 years of HR experience and quickly establishes rapport and credibility with all levels within an organization, ranging from CEO to front line employees. Previously, she had served at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Sequenom, Elan Pharmaceuticals and Santa Cruz Biotechnology. Shelly earned Bachelor`s Degree in Management and Human Resources Management from San Jose State University and Master`s Degree in Human Resource Management from San Diego State University-California State University.
