Sharon Rues Pettid, SPHR, work on special projects in the Department of Administrative Services at State of Nebraska.   Prior to that, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at State of Nebraska. While working as the state`s chief human resources officer, Pettid assisted the Department of Correctional Services with an employee morale survey and worked with the agency to address high turnover and low morale among corrections security staff.   She was also involved in the hiring of Yolanda Webb, who was picked to be the state`s new developmental disabilities director last year and who resigned a week after starting the job.   Prior to that, she served as Deputy Director of Administrative Services at State of Nebraska.   Previously, she has also served at Mutual of Omaha and Envoy, Inc.
