Sharon L. Kitchin served as Director of Human Resources at Town of Westerly from June 2015 - January 2016. As Director of Human Resources at Town of Westerly, she worked closely with Councilor Philip Overton and Amy Grzybowski, who served as interim town manager following Buck`s resignation, to write an employee-whistleblower protocol. Kitchin also worked closely to devise several new employee policies, including one that prohibits romantic relationships between supervisory employees and subordinates. Previously, she has also served at East Greenwich School Department, Coventry Public School, Town of Narragansett and Buckley Heating & Cooling.
