Sharon Gorman, SPHR, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Qualis Health, where she oversees recruitment, professional development, policies and procedures, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and workforce planning. Before joining Qualis Health in 2011, Ms. Gorman was the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Sealaska Environmental Services in Bellevue, Washington. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at Adaptis in Seattle, and in human resource management positions at EMCON/The IT Group and PTI Environmental Services, both in the Greater Seattle area. Ms. Gorman is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.
