About the Person

Sharon guides the team responsible for leading the global efforts for all facets of Human Resources for the company`s cafes and Hotels & Casinos. Her primary emphasis is on building employee engagement, talent acquisition and leadership development practices that position Hard Rock to be recognized as a world class employer. Before joining Hard Rock, Sharon grew her 16 years of Human Resources experience within the hotel industry, her most recent role serving on two executive teams and leading all HR efforts for both Ashford Hospitality Trust & Remington Hotels. Remington is a ‘Top 10’ premier hotel management company, operating over 90 Ashford owned hotels in 27 states with over 15,000 hotel rooms and 7,000 associates. Prior to her time at Ashford Hospitality Trust & Remington Hotels, Sharon gained other hotel brand knowledge working at Crescent Hotels & Resorts, as well as Marriott. Sharon graduated from George Mason University. When not leading the Human Resources team to success, she is an avid runner and enjoys golfing. As far as music goes, Sharon loves Pink, Snow Patrol, O.A.R and Pete Townsend.
